Live WhatsApp in the room
We cannot paste a personal WhatsApp number into the official bank API — Meta will not allow it. You can send from your number right now, or connect a Twilio sandbox so replies land on the file.
This is the phone that sends. Put this number — or a colleague’s — on the file as the customer.
- Open a file and put the mobile on it.
- Type in WhatsApp on the file and hit Send.
- WhatsApp opens with your text — tap Send. Their phone buzzes from your number.
